Enthusiastic voting in Chandigarh, Haryana : Lok Sabha Elections 2014
Chandigarh: Passionate voters started lining up up in initially itself in Chandigarh and areas of Haryana as voting started Friday. –
Voting is being organised in all 10 Lok Sabha chairs in Haryana and one chair in Chandigarh.
In Chandigarh, over six lakh voters will choose the destiny of 17 applicants.
The big battle in Chandigarh is between former railways reverend and The legislature innovator Pawan Kumar Bansal, who is the seated MP from Chandigarh, and three females competitors – Kirron Kher (BJP), Gulkirat Kaur Panag (Gul Panag) of Aam Aadmi Celebration (AAP) and Jannat Jahan-ul-Haq (Bahujan Samaj Party).
Kirron Kher and Gul Panag are superstar applicants from Mumbai’s movie market. Both have resided in Chandigarh previously.
In Chandigarh’s city polling channels, voters could be seen lining up up even before 7 a..m, the formal here we are at balloting to start.
Chandigarh has over 6.13 lakh qualified voters and 519 polling channels. It has over 2.81 lakh females voters while there are over 1.71 lakh younger voters (20-29 years).
In Haryana, voters could be seen at most polling cubicles since beginning morning hours.
Nearly 1.61 crore individuals, such as over 73.8 lakh females, are qualified to elect in Haryana to choose the destiny of 230 applicants, such as 10 females applicants.
As many as 45,000 cops employees and 74 organizations of paramilitary causes have been implemented across Haryana. There are 16,244 polling channels in the condition.
